I get good, very good service from Shreveport location. Service is always on point. But my issue is this location is not answering the phone. This is not the 1st time. No Mr. Owner I will not send u an email. I just need someone to answer the phone which will not take no more than 3 minutes.

The National car rental department at the Shreveport, LA airport is sub par compared to the rest in the country.
Being an emerald member does not do much for you there. You will have to stop at the desk each time and then youre given a bad car out of a very poor selection.

Booked my reservation a month in advance and when I got to rental desk had no available cars. Waited in a line of people dealing w/ the same issue and was told by a traveler whos been to this airport many times that this is common. Almost 2 hours later finally got a rental vehicle. Horrible service and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency! Hope to never come to this national ever again

Staff was great and friendly and service was quick. The staff manager Kerington offered me a nice clean car for the week! Overall great experience at the National in Shreveport Louisiana
