I've been struggling with neck/shoulder tension for the past couple of years and during that time have gotten tremendous relief through my massage at Sage Wellness. I primarily see Jill Smith, who is absolutely incredible, but all of my experiences have been fantastic. The therapists spend a lot of time before and after with me making sure they understood the issues I'm dealing with, check in with me frequently during the process to make sure I'm comfortable with the deep tissue work, and afterwards work with me to figure out some stretches and post-treatment options to help. It's a fantastic location, great and relaxing atmosphere, and I highly recommend it!

Terrific business. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with several of the therapists at Sage, and each is great. Easy to book, good communication, and excellent services. Can not recommend enough!

I never knew how wonderful a massage could be until I went here. My previous experience with full body massages was that they felt uncomfortable. Sage completely changed my view and I love coming here. It’s always incredibly relaxing and they think of every little detail that adds to the experience.
