Love, Love, BMS "Briitos maids"I can try and write as many reviews as possible but nothing till you get them inside to clean your home, I spoke with the owner Mrs Briones and she is a Military wife and a mother of 4. A locally owned and woman owned business. her company is small but its QUALITY! Im so happy to have found a person/Company I can text, or just call their cell for an appointment.

This service let me down completely. After a lot of back and forth trying to reach them for a meeting (enough back and forth for it to be very noticeable, but I assumed and assume they were simply frequently on call, and I had some connectivity issues during the latter phase of trying to make an appointment, so no foul there), we scheduled our appointment. I emphasized how urgent it was that we meet on a Tuesday, starting at 3:30 and ending at 6:30, and they agreed to the time slot. Move out services, and all. Nobody likes to upset the person holding their deposit, so we wanted things to go smoothly. Around 2:00, I was notified that the cleaners were running up to two hours late. That was far from ideal, but if we started at 4:00, maybe it could still work. As the hours rolled past, I grew increasingly anxious until, finally, I took off work to be present in case they showed up. I called several times and texted the number I had been given, but no reply. Finally, my landlord arrived to see what was going on with the cleaning and was met with a house not ready for review. They commented on many areas that would have been resolved with cleaners, but now they’ve got in their minds that the place is in some kind of disrepair. That was supremely upsetting. VERY close to 6:30PM, Brittos finally texted me back saying that the cleaners would arrive around 7-7:15PM. I was gobsmacked that they even reached out, it being AFTER the entire window had passed. There was no fuss when I said I was unwilling to pay and didn’t want the services anymore, which I appreciate, but I do feel used wrongly here. I’m sure this isn’t indicative of their general service, but lacking explanation or apology, I don’t think it’s unfair to post this experience. --- An update: Around 9:30AM the morning and after this review was posted, I saw in my email that Briitos had charged me for the services rendered (not rendered) after all, with this added to the end: “Also please understand this is a company and we thank you for your review.” So five days ago, I was told the payment would not be taken, and about an hour after I posted a review, the payment was taken with an out of context “Please understand this is a company and we thank you for your review.” Yeah. Pretty expensive bit of integrity, but worth it.
