        I was very happy with Verizon. I was having a problem with my phone and the battery. My phone was only 10 months old I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone because I didn't have extra warranty. They told me that I was going to get a replacement phone at no charge. I was happier than ever. Thank you Verizon!!!
