Dollar Car Rental

Insanely bad experience. 90minute wait in line. Staff has zero sense of urgency, chit chatting about people's trips while a huge line of frustrated customers wait. Why in the world does it take over 5 minutes each and every customer? You knew they were coming. Get them the keys and on their way. Definitely the last time we use Dollar Rental. Huge mistake.

I reserved using my debit card and came to pick up the car at 11pm. They were closed and use Hertz as their booth when they're gone. The attendant said they don't accept debit card even though it's plastered all over the site. Now I'm stuck at the airport with no car. Garbage service!

Picking our car up was like a scene from Seinfeld, dropping it off I left my keys with the rental key! Had to go back clear across MSP airport to get to the place we dropped the car, there I received help from multiple people! Long story short, they saved the day and we made our flight on time! Thank you to the Dollar car employees......you rock!

I just made a reservation, and Dollar Rent a Car @ MSP offered car seat and toddler seat options for $1/day! We are so happy to not be lugging our car seat through the sub zero weather. So far 5 stars for safety and thoughtfulness. I do wish they had a direct phone # for their location. My booking email specified Lindberg terminal, but I am flying SW to Humphrey terminal.
