They never answered the phone nor did they return my voice mail. I even drove down there and they looked closed down

Dropped off my replacement body panel for paint in May 2021. I was quoted a decent price and was told it would be 2 weeks. Did not want me to leave the entire car. By July I had heard nothing at all from them. I stopped by and asked about it. I was told 2 more weeks. Again, I heard nothing. End of August I called and was told another 2 weeks.
September, still nothing. I stopped by and was told "next week." October 7 I stopped by and I was told "by the end of the week." I told him "thats what you said last time and the time before." He told me that I could just pick it up (unpainted). I told him that I would be in with my truck October 8 to pick it up.
Repeat customer. First time back in 2019 he was on time, but the paint was off shade and finish had runs and chips painted over.
I guess it's my fault for having expectations. You could have been honest and said that you just can't handle the work, and I could've had it painted elsewhere months ago. Service: Painting

Dj's have been repairing the damaged body work on about 3 or 4 cars that I've owned from minor to major body work. Dj's is a name I can trust
