We used B&G to tuckpoint two chimneys and repair some crumbling tuckpointing on our stone foundation. Rich was by far one of the most responsive out of all the companies I got quotes from—he was out here within a day to give a quote—and his guys were able to complete the job within a few weeks. His pricing is also super competitive. The guys that came out to do the tuckpointing were professional and took extra care not to damage our slate roof. They even came back without hesitation to fix one area I wasn't initially happy with. All in all, we would absolutely use B&G again!

Can confirm Jef's review. I was sitting next to him when he spoke to someone at B&G. As stated, they never showed and didn't call the first two days we were given as an option. Jef called after that and was told that they would try the next day. Again, no show, no call. We can understand if you are busy, but at least have the courtesy to call. We have no reason to lie, we have a crumbling wall that needs to be repaired. B&G lost out.
