I've spoken with 5 cricket locations in an effort to activate 1 of 3 lines on a plan. Every location had different rules, fees and locations. I even recieved contradictory information from 2 employees, 5 minutes apart in the same store. Overall I doubt this company would know their difference between their elbows and their own bum.

Been trying to go up to this location for the past three days and each time I’ve been told by Cooper that he doesn’t have his password so he can’t help us out with anything but answer questions. I just don’t understand what kind of place would turn away business for three days. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

My issue was quickly resolved, and the manager was very informative and offered several suggestions for other questions and difficulties I have been experiencing.
