Crowne Plaza Omaha-Old Mill

I attended a siminar at the hotel and decided to eat lunch at the hotel. The food was terrible, cold, and under cooked. The hotel was clean but lacked in customer service. I had to call after i left to ask if they had found a check I misplaces while at the hotel, the person who answered told me "i really dont have time for this" and transfered me to a voice mail in house keeping. Very unprofessional with lack of any customer service. Better luck if you go there!
