        Bookkeeping is a new service they offer. A bunch of material and paperwork are needed to set up but come tax time all the data is there for a quick turnaround.

        When we first did our taxes with Robert, he failed to give us copies of our transcripts. I contacted him a few days ago to get the copies of our tax refunds, which he did, but not without leaving out my 1099s and my husband's W2. I contacted him today to get a copy of it, he first said he never kept copies and he then went on to day he will charge me $25 for it. I never got a copy to begin with. Be blocked me on facebook after I mentioned going to the BBB and reporting this malpractice. It is not right. I will be going to the BBB and reporting him. I have screenshots of this malpractice as proof.
