It's a joke. What a nice customer care. Zero help. Didn't even try to help. You can't fix the problem? Then please help your customer can find a way to fix the problem. You are the professional and we are here for your help. If I was a vision professional, I wasn't even here today. 1 star is even too much from my opinion

I checked other Optical places, read online, Consumer Reports listed Walmart Vision number #1. I'm very happy with my glasses. Lots of compliments at work, one year warranty at no charge. Another place told me theirs was free but there would be a copay if I used it?! Doctor was very professional and thorough. The three Opticians that helped me pick my glasses had over 80yrs experience combined. I thought that was very cool helping me to pick out the right choice for my face shape. They also agreed to change out the prescription lenses in my Gucci sunglasses. The other place told me they would only work on glasses they sold me. I'm just so very happy I choose Walmart.
