Costco Optical Department

I bought my first pair of progressives here in Nov 2019. Colleen, the optician was great. She spent alot of time fitting me and, when I picked them up, giving me tips on how to get used to them. I needed them adjusted and returned to Costco. One of the male opticians adjusted them but he did something to misallign the arms. They were very uncomfortable. I went to Optical Frame Fixer (3961 Charleston) and they fixed them for $30. I liked the first optician but the second was more concerned with time than fixing the problem.

There were no other customers in sight, 4 attendants were standing around in a group, I walked up and they dispersed them disappeared so until I finally asked a bald guy with really mean eyes, Excuse me, and he was obviously annoyed that I interrupted his conversation with a coworker. I told him that I usually order my contact lenses online but I have my prescription and would like to buy them onsite. He told me that they only carry certain lenses and I should just buy them online. He literally refused to take my order. I couldnt believe it! Never again.

Optometrist was awesome. I Ripped one of my contact lens right before a golf tournament. One call and they set me up right away with a trial pair so I could see. I walked into to 2 other optometrists and they wouldnt do anything to help. I asked my hometown Dr to make a call for a trial pair at 3 different optometrists and the staff at Costco were the only ones that would help. Dont go anywhere else but Costco for your eyes. They were the best for me. Thanks

I have been going to the eye doctor here for years. They are super helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help me out on two separate occasions when I ran out of contacts and my glasses broke. Its what you would expect from a small town vision center not a a large corporate chain!! Love it. Wont go anywhere else!
