Today I was charged $50.00 to pick up my hearing aids after having them repaired. They were sent to Oticion for repair and returned with the problems fixed,however I was now required to see the audiololgist who did nothing but give me back my hearing aids and I was charged $50.00
NEVER has this ever been the case with any hearing center including this one. They could not give me an itemized repair sheet just a $400.00 total cost. They hand wrote the repairs performed on the receipt. The owner was supposed to call me. Never received a call. Get your hearing aids and service from anyone but them

would give this place 6 stars if i could . was seen by the owner . great staff great service . they saw i was having some stress and saw me an hour and a half earlier then my appointment . thank you so much . i will be referring people to this place every chance i get .

I have been doing business with the Better Hearing Center for well over 30 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these people.  Every single person here is dedicated, concerned, and caring about my hearing needs.  They are always available to answer questions, see to my needs, and are very patient and compassionate people.  The quality of service and all of their hearing products is second to none.  So fortunate to know them.Gary DugasHooksett, NH
