Huge shout out to Tom and the crew, got a huge diesel heater unit for my Dads Celebration of life party in the amazing barn at Kittz Farm.
They got it tested, fueled up and loaded on a trailer within their quoted time. Paperwork was easy and smooth. Got it to the barn and it did a great job keeping the April weather outside.
Thank you all for your help, you guys did great.

Made a reservation to pickup a mini excavator the day before. When I arrived at the store the machine was right out front ready to go. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the loaned me a pointless hitch. The return was just as easy. I will definitely go to the Manchester store again for my rental needs

Find elsewhere. After scheduling delivery of several pieces of equipment we get a call that they made mistake and are not delivering on labor day. I was there over an hour going over details and now this comes up 3 days before delivery. Ok so they need to deliver Friday we will try to move around all the site guys earlier. Then 6 hrs later get a call need to deliver tomorrow cause we don't have drivers for Friday. Um if you need to but we won't be ready. That's fine we can drop off and use when you need. Ok?!? Well equipment gets dropped and they charge full amount from that day forward even though two pieces now Need to be picked up by myself and no crew for equipment dropped, plus upgraded the size cause they didn't have what was scheduled available. So equipment sits I not my fault, wrong equipment not my fault delivery issues not my fault and billing issues not my fault. You were authorized for 10k on Monday not the Thursday before. Even paperwork says different but still you charged without authorization then told me nothing can be done talk to finance. How about I report false charge to bank and report to corporate your action. Do what you feel you need to do sir. REALLY!! Save a headache look elsewhere you will be better off.
