Dr. Sandoval was amazing to chat with. I saw her for the first time, and she was helpful and understanding throughout the process of finding the right contacts for me. She also gave me useful advice for how some diet shifts could improve the health of my eyes. The rest of the staff were very helpful too! I would recommend Sandia Vision Clinic to anyone!

Staff informed informed me my insurance could not be used. Called to see why and the staff were curt, arrogant, and rude. I would not recommend this establishment.

Could not even schedule an appointment! Waited on hold for 20 minutes and then got sent to voicemail.

I went to get new glasses in October 2023. When I receive them they were incorrect so I went back in to find out why. *The 1st time it was because the prescription was incorrect. *After waiting 2 weeks I got glasses that I still couldn't see properly out of because the pd and oc measurements were wrong and the lenses were mounted eye for eye *They sent for a remake and for the 3rd time I received glasses that I couldn't see out of. They checked and it was the exact same issue as before when the measurements were rechecked. *They weren't able to send out for a 4th remake and I have asked for a reinstatement of all my benefits to go elsewhere. *They reinstated the glasses benefits but failed to reinstate the exam benefits which had been wrong the 1st time and had to be redone. *I am still having to inquire with Sandia Vision about my benefits being reinstated so I can get a new exam and a decent pair of glasses elsewhere.
