The doctor requested an MRI and Botox injections for my migraines. The referral was never faxed over until I called to complain that no one had contacted me after several weeks. Also, I was told the office manager would call me to schedule my Botox appointment. I asked about it when I called about the MRI and was told the office manager would call me, but she never did. I'm still waiting for the Botox to be scheduled and will have to keep calling until they get it done.

I had to take 3 fasting blood draws for one blood test. I have called twice now for a copy of the results with nothing. Front office is rude and special. Dr. Gurule gave no helpful advice or diagnosis. Dreadful waste of time. I'm not sure how they are in business. Neuropathy? Try genetic test to see if your have MTHFR or other variants and look into methylfolate/NAC/and a good B12. Healing myself with this now. Also, Neuropathy can show up in people with no signs of diabetes(pre-diabetic) years before they get it.
