        This is the worse hotel I've stayed at in NY. My room was the definition of dirty. I asked them to clean it again upon check-in and I came back and the room looked exactly the same ( mind you when I came, I had to wait almost two hours because the rooms were not ready). The floor is so dirty, and the chair in the room is disgusting with lots of stains everywhere. I did not want to stay in the hotel; I contemplated leaving but I spent $250 and knew that I would lose it since I was only staying (one night). Not to mention, the bathroom did not work properly because it could not flush and the maintenance guy told me that he had come to this room multiple times to fix it for the previous guest. This was the downtown hotel across from The Sheraton. I've had a previous stay at the Sheraton, and it was better than the Indigo. To top it off, I found a bug. ( I was not sure if it was a bed bug but I took a picture just in case).
