        Subpar customer service and obnoxious tellers. Rude and demeaning. Refuse to answer questions and make up policies. No one has name tags (now we know why). Switching out and closing my account ASAP.

        I was at the bank today, January 4, 2021, to open an account around 9:30 am. Santander bank on 86th street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The lady who is in charge of opening new accounts was very rude to me. I left and didn't open an account there. Instead I opened an account today at another bank in the area. I will never recommend anyone to open accounts there. Please reprimand that rude woman. I am still distressed with the terrible experience I had with her this morning.

        Well it was easy to park directly outside of the bank as well as it being conveniently located on 86th st. between Lex and 3rd Ave. I only used the 🏧 but I'm sure the rest of their services are up to par as well!
