We had a great experience shopping for a wedding dress for my sister at KWH! Dominique was a dream to work with - my sister hadn't tried on any dresses before and was still figuring out what she wanted, so she picked out such a nice range of styles to help her refine her taste. She was sweet, personable, and made us feel like family. It was hands down the best experience we had shopping, and we went to four stores. Also - this might go without saying - the dresses are GORGEOUS.

Stephanie at the Soho location was so helpful! My wedding gown turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. I bought a gown from the Bespoke collection — it was so fun to make it my own!

Dominique was incredible! She could not of been any nicer and more helpful. I purchased my dress right after I tried it on first and the process was incredibly easy and exciting. Thank you Dominique! Can't wait to come back to pick up my wedding dress ! :)

This review is long overdue. A friend of mine recommended Karen Willis Holmes since she had such a wonderful experience picking out her wedding dress there. I called them knowing I was quite behind on picking out a dress and they put my mind at ease. I ended up getting pretty sick and having a terrible allergic reactions to something in my house for about 2 to 3 months. That meant cancelling my appointments a few times last minute. Dominique was really great at following up and assuring me that it was OK and that she understood why I had to cancel. I hate not showing up to appointments, but they were so incredible understanding. Although I didn't end up getting my dress there, they deserve 5 stars for their service. Very professional and they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, which is very hard to come by nowadays. Would 100% recommend them!
