I called to get a prescription transferred from this store, and they deleted it entirely from their system so by time I called the other store I wanted it transferred to, they couldn't find it!! These people at this store are so incompetent!

My insurance pays every month for my allergy medication, at any pharmacy around NYC except at CVS, and the employees are really very unpleasant and unfriendly, And its not a localized problem, its actually all over their branches, the workers act as they were hostages working against their well, and the Pharmacy is the worst of all, and to be honest Im not sure if its racism or incompetence. Now 3 months later and still those people at this branch are even worse than I thought, they think that people from Brooklyn should get their medications from Brooklyn, not from a branch on park Ave Really awful people beyond believe

Horrible location - very poorly stocked. Also, its a designated UPS access point and they turned my away when I tried to drop off my package because their shelves were full horrible customer service. Avoid this location
