La Mode Organic Dry Cleaners

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped off clothes to be dry cleaned and asked to make sure they were ready by today and the ticket I was given says they would be ready for pickup by 5pm. I thought it was strange that by 2:30 I hadn’t received a call so I called them. They said yes I could come pick up my clothes and when I said I would be there in about an hour and a half (4pm) he said no problem. I arrive to pick up the clothes at 4:15pm (I remind you my ticket says Ready by 5pm), the shop is CLOSED. I call and call but they don’t have a voicemail system so I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and now my clothes will have to be left there for 2 MONTHS. There is a note on the ticket that says they are not responsible for anything left for more than 30 days...so my clothes that are worth $1,000+ are now all of the sudden no longer their responsibility after they FAILED to contact me today and let me know that apparently their hours have changed to close at 4pm (which should have been mentioned on the phone when I said I would come pick up in 1.5 hours). So unprofessional and not okay.

Bad service. Go someplace else. There are tons of cleaners that want your business and when something goes wrong will fix it. All LAMODE wants to do is argue.
