I was very surprised to read even one bad review about this place. I do not go anywhere else to do or bring my laundry. It’s always clean, never had to wait for a machine, the wash&fold service is the industry standard for the neighborhood lost likely making it the cheapest in Manhattan.
The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is because I wish it opened earlier and closed later. Besides the hours I wouldn’t change a thing.

This place is the worst.
Is not clean and it has bed bugs.
I will never go there again.

The woman here is checking the camera the washing machine here over charge and the dryer doesn't dry your clothes even thou you put 6 quarters/now they have this lady working here with both her kids running around.

New ownership. The location is clean and the owners are helpful. The washers are good but the dryers are not as hot as they should be.
