image I stayed at the moore during NYFW and I had a fabulous experience. The location cant be beat and even tho the room is the size of a shoe box it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom felt very modern and the decor was quite nice.
There is a security feature to get in at night and there is an elevator in the hotel.
It's a small boutique hotel but I will def be staying here again next time I'm in NYC

image Very funky hotel - Cool decor. Location is good and close to the subway. All staff very friendly and helpful - Destiny and Anaise were very helpful with checkout and serving us the coffee :)

image Large "resort fee" hidden in the small print of my booking. The price at check in was about a hundred dollars more than the "Total price" that was listed on my confirmation e-mail.
The confirmation I received said "the final price shown is the amount you'll pay to the property", but the hotel wouldn't honor that price.
Rooms: Very small, TV not aligned with the bed.
Generally a very dark and claustrophobic building.

image I thought it would be small since it's Manhattan, the interior was pretty, and the location was good, so I made a reservation, but it was actually smaller than I thought. When it's small, you have to arrange the space efficiently, but it was so inefficient that I put the chair on the closet and couldn't even open the luggage and put it on the desk. I raised it, closed it, and opened it once a time to take out what I needed. It's so narrow that you have to walk sideways to get from the bed to the bathroom. There is almost no space on the floor to step on. When you open the door, the closet right in front of you is clogged and it's difficult to get your luggage in and out. The room I stayed in was not a basic room, but a corner room, and the bathroom was really small, so if I dropped something, it was difficult to pick it up. The bathroom also has a sliding door due to space constraints... Don't be fooled by the photo. When I saw the photos, I thought the interior was my style and made a reservation and had high expectations, but the photos are completely out of proportion. And although the neighborhood is conveniently located, it is not clean or sophisticated. The soundproofing is not good, so at night, a crazy person shouts once a day, and I thought he was talking right in front of the embankment window with the window open... Every night I wake up to the sound of fire trucks and ambulances... Anyway, the interior is pretty, it looks good, that's all. Even the people working there seemed to be a bit cool, but the strong-willed ladies really had a rough attitude. Later, I checked the receipts I received by email a month later while settling the bill, but the coffee was charged twice, so I requested cancellation via email and canceled it. To be honest, I could have just skipped it since it was a small amount of money, but I felt like double charging was intentional and I was annoyed, so I took out the points, got a refund, and moved on. Anyway, it's pretty, the finishing materials are sophisticated, and the shampoo smells good, so I gave it two stars, and I can see it as just one original.
