My wife and I were meant to have our wedding at the Wagner Hotel in April of 2020. The staff had been great to work with leading up to the event and we even had our tasting in February 2020.
Due to covid, our event was postponed and then cancelled. The venue has since been impossible to communicate with despite many attempts and we are owed tens of thousands of dollars!! They even went so far as to sign a settlement agreement months ago, but are refusing to pay us or to give us options for an event. They remain closed; We have no new information and are at a loss given we have neither a refund nor an option for a new event and arent about to go and spend more money re-planning. Our wedding event experience has been absolutely ruined given these circumstances.

My wife and I were supposed to get married at this hotel in April 2020.  Fast forward 2 years and we are out tens of thousands of dollars while the hotel remains closed. The parent company Urban Commons refuses to engage and has been impossible to get ahold of in the matter.  We are deeply disappointed and have had to hire an attorney in hopes of getting our money back.

Good morning, wonderful this hotel, before it was a Ritz Carlton Hotel 5 stars S.
By very high class style, the design by absolute luxury comfort, with a spectacular view to Battery Park, to Wall Street Quarter and to city to new Freedom Tower. Then on strategic location and on one of the best locations in all metropolis of NYC. The courtesy is surely that of the categories of hotels 5 stars by very big level
