This review is related to the item I purchased and not the store itself. The store was pretty accommodating and agreed to a courtesy exchange. There is a serious defect with the 3 in 1 parka coat which was addressed with customer service. Although customer service initially admitted a manufacturing defect, they then said it was a sizing issue. Fast forward the courtesy exchange and I am still having the same issue where the coat rides all the way up my back, even after being sized twice. I have a useless coat that I am unable to wear. Will never shop Seraphine clothing again.

Leaving this negative review mainly because this maternity store wont let pregnant women use their bathroom. I was told this is because of Covid and yet the store didnt require customers to wear masks? It doesnt make sense at all. I spent over $300 in their store and they couldnt make an exception for a woman who was 30 weeks pregnant? Note that clothing sizes are wildly inconsistent - Im a size 6 in some dresses and a size 12 in others so you really have to try on a lot of different clothes in order to find the right sizes. That is very hard to do when they wont let you use the bathroom! I will say that the store clerk was accommodating in that she got other sizes when I needed. She said she felt bad about the bathroom policy but still wouldnt do anything about it. Overall just an awful shopping experience. I would have loved to shop at a different maternity store if I had the time.

I m a bit divided since basically I had 2 sales person sin there, one tall lady youngish, blondish was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And another much older woman brunette who was very pushy, not friendly and just this old kind of sale attitude that pushes you to buy and on the rude side. I have bought more online even though the shop is close to my house,,, it s the kind of store that you have to buy when you enter in so really they should just put more attention on the people they recrut! And thank you for the other blonde lady who was very pleasant!

Rude staff staring at their phones, seemed annoyed when I asked questions. They also locked the door to deter customers during business hours (had to knock/ring bell to be let in). Don't bother as they clearly don't want sales

I ordered online from Seraphine and start to finish it has been the worst online ordering experience Ive ever had. The coupon code advertised on their page didnt work so I spent more than I expected to but I was okay with it because I thought this was going to be high quality maternity clothing. Once received, I realized the clothing runs a little bigger than I was expecting based on the size charts so none of the items were close to being my size. One of the dresses that appeared to be a cream color online, was blue. At this point I knew I needed to return all three items but I was still not frustrated, I just assumed I was at fault for misjudging my size. I attempted to return the items using the return website but I kept getting an error message. I called customer service and they said I just needed to give it a few days and it would work. A week later the return page was still giving me the same error message so I emailed the company. They said the webpage was down but would be fixed in a couple days and to try again later. I finally was able to initiate a return and shipped my three item order back to the company. I shipped the package on 1/26 and my package was not acknowledged until 2/21. I didnt get a notification of my refund being initiated until 2/23, a full 4 weeks after I shipped my package and nearly 6 weeks after I received my order and began attempting to return my order. I was so excited to finally be receiving my refund for the $207 order I placed but after opening the email I discovered that they were only refunding me $120 for 2 of the 3 items I sent back. I have no idea why I wouldnt be receiving a full refund as none of the items were worn and tags were still attached. For the high price of their clothing I would have expected a much better experience but this company is the absolute worst.
