Had a reservation here that they confirmed worked for them. Got there a few minutes early and sat for my pedi. 30 minutes went by with no one helping me or acknowledging me. I went to walk out at the 35 minute mark and there was no concern or apology. Dont go here if you want prompt service or a relaxing experience :( super bummed! Midtown location was great but it doesnt seem like they can manage this location as well. Service: Pedicure

I've been going here for a very long time, and tonight's mani/pedi was the worst ever. It was very rushed (for both me & my friend getting at the same time), not thorough at all with no work on callouses. Their price has increased as well - to $50 - and it's simply no longer worth it.
