Amanda was recommended to me by a coworker of mine two years ago and 240 pounds ago.Needless to say I am now two years later a trim 190 pounds and in the greatest shape and health I have ever been in thanks to Amanda.I kid you not she is no joke and the real deal.If your serious about getting yourself in better shape and healthier then Amanda is for you.If not do not even bother that's exactly the way my coworker put it to me.Amanda is all about hard work commitment and health she shows a genuine care for everyone and she really listens to what ever issues you have going on and trains you along those guidelines.I highly recommend her thank you Amanda for giving me the gift of a healthier life style.

Excellent Trainers by far one of the best I have had.The pricing and packages are totally worth it I am in for a long time love it.
