I've been a customer since they were located on West 57th Street years ago and purchased 2 coats and now having one custom made.  Jeffrey is an amazing person who will guide you to the right fur coat of your dreams or custom make it for you!  This is a non-pressure, stress-free shop with nice selection of furs from mink to sable.  It is a gem of a place!

I came looking to get a small fur piece to use for a costume. I realized that the items in here were way out of my price range, and I clearly went to the wrong place. My own fault, no big deal. Right as I realized this, a saleswoman came up to me to ask how I was doing, what I was looking for, etc. I explained to her that the pieces in here were out of my price range and that I was looking for something smaller. She changed demeanors and became rude to me, making a series of varied judgmental faces, and overall made for a very unpleasant experience. Theres no need to be rude to someone just because theyre not planning to buy something!!

Ask for Jeffery! Costumer service is excellent! The variety of Furs can be a bit overwhelming at first, but Jeffery is the perfect guide into the wonderful Fur. He was very patient with me and helped me find a fur within my budget and made sure the cut and color was perfect for my body type and style. I personally hate wearing layers of clothes to feel warm in the winter, (especially when going in and out of hot buildings to the cold outdoors), so wearing a fur is perfect for me, even for casual wear. They really care for your fur to ensure longevity, and the storage and maintenance process is seem less. It is definitely worth the investment as the fur can last for years. If you have ANY questions about furs, ask for Jeffery. Hes the best!

Pre-owned/Vintage Fur Heaven This place is great if youre in the market for a nice vintage (pre-owned) fur. Jeffrey was super friendly, funny, and helpful, and we spent an hour in there searching for the perfect vintage fur - which we found! They are extremely welcoming and encourage people to come in even if its just to look and try things on. We didnt feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. Once you do select something, they can tailor it to fit you more perfectly. They also have new fur.

OMG! just saw a Ritz Thrift Shop commercial from 1958, and loved it. My mom would travel to New York city to buy her Fur's there. This was back in 1961. I was only 6, but can remember a trip we made. That's how I learned about The Empire State Building. She was a highly educated, respected R.N. for 49 years. I now will travel to that Ritz Thrift Shop, now it is back in my memory, for my other half, my Wife.
