        My experience yesterday evening with Samantha was amazing! She had awesome customer service skills, full of product knowledge and very eager to help.... this is a rare find these days! I highly recommend her and this location! Definitely going back.

        Malachi & store manager Amber helped me tremendously after customer care completely messed up my order and trust. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to fix something which they did not mess up in the first place. It is my advice from the horrific experience turned good to go into the Hanes mall store opposed to talking to customer service experts over the phone. Save yourself the time & headaches! Thanks again to these employees, truly a life saver

        Worked with Amber. Both of us were tired but she stuck in and helped me through my questions. We ended the day with me activating lines. Came back the next day and bought some phones with Mark. If I had cell phone related questions I'd go ask this team for help.
