Had an issue with my home furnace and these guys took care of it right away. Great service and product knowledge. Definitely using FM Mechanical again.

HE IS NOT LICENSED TO WORK IN THE STATE OF ND.We hired him to upgrade our furnace, AC, add a mini split to our master bedroom and a furnace to the garage. We have him 2 weeks access to our house to do the work at the end of Sept 2020 going into October 2020. We came back home to find no heat and no ac, nothing had been fully installed yet. The only thing that had been done was our old furnace was removed and we had a non functioning one in its place. October 18th the furnace stopped working. It was cold outside, he left us without heat for two days. He was messy dangerous and unprofessional. The conditions he forced us to live in were unacceptable. Nails and screws in our carpet and all over our garage floor. After he put up the mini split I even found a screw in my bed. Many times he left tools all over our stairs in the garage and once a ladder placed in front of our entry door. We could have got hurt. Our furnace stopped working on 12/24 again. This time I was angry and called the City of Fargo inspectors office. I spoke with an inspector and found out Steve Mitchell is not licensed to work in ND. We were advised to cut our losses and fire him and never let him into our house.
