We stayed here over night as a stop on a long drive. The price was great, and rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and included, bagels, fruit, waffles, biscuits/gravy, etc. We payed $67 for Thursday night, w/tax booked on-line

We've stayed there twenty times over the past decade or so. It's an OK hotel: inexpensive, comfortable, near the freeway. I was researching another stay and was puzzled that no rooms were available at any date. Then I discovered that the city had closed it because it's a den in drug dealing and prostitution. Who knew?...

What a find! All reviewers are spot on...I travel extensively and never thought I would find the best location, the most beautiful accommodations, the best meeting room, and best service at Quality Hotel! As noted by others the facility and suites are gorgeous. More importantly, GM David and his staff have customer service refined to the most advanced level.

PLEASE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I know that most of these reviews HAVE TO BE SCAMS! Me and my friend booked this room online after reading all the great reviews. This was the worst hotel I have EVER SEEN! Upon arriving, at midnight, after a long drive, there was a drunk in the lobby. He was mumbling about losing his wallet to the young man at the front desk. He was then told just to go ahead and make himself comfortable. We drove around and went into the hotel through the back. I'm sure it was a nice hotel, maybe 20 years ago, but it is in total dis-repair now. Letters missing on signs, dirty walls, floors, windows... You name it. We got onto the "dungeon of fear" elevator and prayed that we wouldn't plummet to the ground from listening to it. When coming to our room door, it looked like no one had cleaned the door, floor, or the walls. Stains, hand prints and dirt were everywhere. Then we went into our room... Disgusting! EVERYTHING was dirty. Walls, doors, mirrors, floors, bed linens... There was sticky stuff on the night table, crud all over the phone and stains in the ice chest. We talked to the man at the front desk, he came up to examine the room and then started spouting out excuses. "There has been construction workers staying here." "This is a smoking room." Really!??! I asked him if the maid knew how to clean. He offered a discount but we declined and decided to get a refund and find a different hotel at 1 o'clock in the morning. There was NO WAY I was sleeping in that room. The whole place was shady, scarey and nasty. Don't believe these, so called, excellent reviews! They are FALSE!
