I had a tour 4-5-2024 with Carrie she was very polite and professional, she answered all my questions and was very transparent with me. She is willing to work with me and hopefully I can get my keys to my first apartment! Looking to move into #2370 - S202 Will update if anything changes !

I do not recommend it, packages are stolen from the mail and when you go to the office to file a complaint they do nothing apart from the bad attitude of the secretary, it has not been once that I have been a victim of theft but several times and I have never found solution in the office

I have been living in Sheldon Park for two years and I was recently transferred to another apartment where the neighbors are racist and have complained about noise when we have never had any problems in the time we have lived there, the administration has not done anything in our favor, the only thing that What they have done is to charge us fines and their only solution was to charge us more than $1500 to move to another apartment. I have children and it is impossible to have them in total silence, so if you have children and plan to move, think carefully since here they do not guarantee well-being for your family. management is on the side of the racist people and they asked us to vacate or they would evict us through a judge when we have been living there for two years and we never had any problems, the person who lives above us hits the floor to bother us and From the first day we arrived, he came down to the apartment to tell us things that we didn't understand. It's obvious that it's a case of racism. They don't like us because we're Latino, but not because we're noisy.
