        Will let ya know if my phone works tomorrow.. Well I'm back and my phone is working so thankful I did not have to reset my phone . I have had several refurbished phones sense day 1 ugh thanks for your knowledge to help me out....so 5 🌟

        This is the first time I’ve written an actual bad review but these people are beyond “I’m sure they were just having a bad day.” I was told there was a short wait time then after an hour of waiting, they told me it should be over an hour. I was polite until then, my mother was with me & not in the mood. I broke my principles of being a nice person this day. EDIT: went to different Verizon & had an amazing experience
