My name is Jessica Estrel. I Absolutely love this place. Making the decision to get a car is hard enough. They have a 4 year warranty!!! I've had my car for about 2 years now. Any issues I have had they have tackled right away. Now before you buy a car you should always get a second opinion, don't just jump at the first opportunity to buy. I took my time before actually deciding on my Kia purchase. The service department is amazing!!! John along with everyone else in there has been amazing. Very helpful and prompt when getting back to me as well. Oil changes are fast I barely have to wait. Their service prices are also discounted so your never paying full price for parts. 10/10 would highly recommend Byrider.

Great experience with sales, however with the current transmission issues we are having that are covered under warranty. We are not impressed with the service department. They dont call to inform you of anything and when you call they act as if you are a bother and change their stories each time you talk to them. I started dealing with the transmission shop myself to get the answers I need.

If I could give 0 stars that would be great. I put $1,000 down on a 2015 Chevy Cruze. Within the first 30 days the check engine light was on and they offered me an Uber rather then get me in the shop ASAP. When my car broke down it was a serpentine belt which had broke. It was $600 between tow and shop that I was towed to. I had it fixed but still had check engine light on. I got a message in my mail saying my car was under a recall and could only be taken to a GM dealership. Well I took my car to Dave White, my car was not under the recall it was meant for, brakes. It was actually missing part of a catalytic converter and a sensor.1,500 dollars later and it was fixed. By the way the first repair was 30 days of purchase, they second was 3 months after. And now Im a year later. My car has a water pump which is leaking$700 to repair because they replace serpentine belt, thermostat and pump.. upon overheating so badly I blew the head which in turn has caused me to need a new engine..I owe on my car, and no help from this place. I was warned by many after they found out where I got my car. I never received my $100 referral that Penny the store manager promised which is because I had a co worker buy a car the same exact day she also had problems and they had her car for over 3 months in the shop. I advise everyone to STAY away from this place. Currently I have a car they want me to pay on, which I was current until this last straw. And now my credit is suffering and I have no car and no one will help because of open car loan.
