Update: Finally got taxes back. Wrong address and IRS stated the refund amount was not calculated correctly. Im at a loss because I thought you just entered info into a program. Maybe she wasnt doing my taxes. Maybe she was doing whoever is at the wrong address she input. Oh! And she checked paper check! So, theres that. Cant get Info from IRS because they want to send mail to the wrong address. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Horrible person. Lies. Unethical. Avoids after makes mistakes!! Im not sure how this business is still operating. Several times, the phones have been out of order and the electricity turned off bc Tammy forgot to pay the bill. It just falls in line with how everything else was handled. It took five months to get our taxes done and she continually blamed her staff when she finally got around to it. Shes never in the office. She doesnt empower her people to take charge and provide answers when shes not there, so theyre left on the hook to fend off angry customers and arent able to resolve anything. So, nothing gets done with her or without her. She never returns calls. Its almost November, and still have no when Im getting my tax return.

Stay clear of Tulsa tax pro. Tammi Bailey (the owner) is not responsive and lacks communication skills. Shes been ignoring me since I explained that she put the wrong address on my tax return. The reason thats so important is because I paid her to assist me in getting my delinquent tax returns filed so that I could get my refunds. The Oklahoma tax commission is holding my refund bc they need more information from me. They wont tell me what that info is and said they sent a letter to the address on my tax returns. The address on my returns was wrong and SHE messed it up. I have been trying to contact her on a daily basis to see if she got any notification or how we can update my address. Shes ignored countless emails Ive sent her, every time I call shes always gone and when I showed up to her place of business today, she literally ran and hid in the back of her business because she didnt want to speak with me. She told me it would be $100 to file each delinquent year. I paid her $500 and she only filed 3 years. Shes avoiding me bc she doesnt want to fix her mistake, help me get my state refund, and refund me the $200 she owes me. I have reported her to the state and to the IRS for this. She is extremely unprofessional and I hope everyone steers clear from this woman. I am also looking into legal options to retrieve the money she refuses to give back to me. This has been a stressful and emotional time dealing with this woman and I am going to make sure everyone knows how she really conducts business. She also kept misgendering me and asking personal questions that I was uncomfortable with when the business relationship began. I will never again give her any of my business and will also be making a complaint to the better business bureau. Why act like you really want to help someone out of a situation, then turn around and avoid making the situation right that you messed up. So quick to take someones money but cant follow through and own up to mistakes and work to solve the issue. My state refund is delayed because of Tulsa tax pro not communicating and providing me with the letter that was sent twice by the Oklahoma tax commission. They are knowingly delaying my refund and refuse to rectify the situation.
