The service offered at Babybear is top notch! The owner himself, Rae, is quick to answer and have items sent across right away. Once I'd made a purchase at the OGF outlet and had accidently left back one bag. I called the number listed on Google and he got back to me immediately and had kept my stuff to be picked up later. Since then, he's made a note of my name and always addresses me by it when I call. Now, that's customer service, a rare thing in Colombo. Today, with a longer lockdown being announced I needed to get some stuff which he had delivered to me in less than an hour! Keep up the good work, Rae!!

Best place for unique, branded quality baby items. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the owner himself responds to every question asked. I appreciate the relationship they have with the customer from the point of ordering until the delivery; I’ve never experienced such concern in any other shops. Amazingly fast shipping!
