T-Mobile

I took my mother and her Old phone to have all of her data transferred to her new phone. The young lady there was extremely helpful, very patient with my mother. It was a pleasant experience.

I went into tmobile last night to return my phone because I upgraded my device. Mike was an great employee that was very helpful. He told me he could not finish the process because he needed a manager to finish. He told me come back the next day. After my hair appointment I drove back to tmobile. A tmobile salesman told me he could not help me and was extremely rude. He stated that there are other stores. I would have went to another stores if i knew there were going to be rudem Hebgot the manager to come over. She was not helpful. I told her I drove here. She asked me how far I drove . I drove from king of Prussia from my hair appointment. However it should not matter how far I drove . They won't have to worry I won't be back in that store.
