You guys are the WORST company I ever dealt with! I spent $1200 with you all and my delivery date kept getting pushed back. I am a full time student and I have a full time job, nobody has time to keep calling off of work only to get NOTHING in return. Cheltenham Mall was the worst experience I ever had with getting something I paid for! I just moved here in Philly and I expected good results. The sales reps there are great, but they aren't to blame for the company's CRAPPY delivery. I have my money back and I'm spending it with Mattress World and Macy's. Maybe you guys need to handle your business as a business and not a joke!

I purchased a chair in June 2012. In October there was a problem with one of the legs. I called the store to see if a replacement part could be ordered. The associate that handled the call was extremely nice, she arranged to replace the entire chair. I was expecting to be told a replacement part was impossible! Now thats good service!

I bought a really big sofa that was super comfortable and my boyfriend and I single-handedly attempted to bring it up into my apartment. Unfortunately, it got stuck while going up the stairs, and we realized it was actually too big for my apartment. I was afraid that, since it was a clearance item, it wouldn't be returnable and I'd be out $400, but the manager said that I could return it since I had called right away to explain the situation. While returning the sofa, I had a really great experience with all the sales associates and the man who was in back helping load the trucks. One associate gave me a tape measure and told me how to correctly measure the sofas. Everyone was so helpful and nice that I'd definitely go back to this store. They made what was a stressful situation into a positive, easy experience. Now I have a comfortable sofa that actually fits through my door.
