Joseph Mathew: Allstate Insurance

Ive been this insurance for so long that I cant remember when I first started with them. Our entire family use to have insurance through them, but now we have no option but to leave. Over the course of last couple years Ive noticed a huge increase in my insurance premium. Last year I use to pay $270 for insurance and 2021 I saw it increased to $339 with no rhymes or reason. My last accident was in 2017 for which I wasnt even at fault deemed by the police officers. I dont even have a ticket since like 2015. So what exactly is the reason for my insurance being up this high?! When I asked the agent he said its because I drive an Infiniti!!! So I cant imagine what someone would pay if they have a Benz or BMW. I have noticed with this office they always doge the questions you ask and beat around the bush when you need answers. Another reason he gave why my insurance was high he said because I took my dad off my insurance. That dont even make any sense! So I need to be under someones name to have a lower premium insurance?! I been under this agent and insurance since I was 18 and Im 29 now. So what is the reasoning for this 10 folds hike in my policy. When I finally discussed about canceling they started calling me. Ill never have any insurance from them very unprofessional. Save yourself and look around. No one should ever pay $339 in insurance no matter what brand of car your driving with a perfect driving record.

I went there with a complaint on how Allstate was handling my claim and I was told that my torn ACL look kind of fishy. I have a calcification on my aorta and that was also an issue with looking negative towards Allstate claims. In 2018, 7 cars belonging to my business partner was stolen by taking keys from my home. Arrests were made but my associate went to sue me for losses. I sort of understand Allstate wants no claims but real life happens. You need an insurance agent who protects your person and not Allstate. Dont buy from here

Ive been trying to contact this guy over 3 months hes not checking his emails nor his messages i had my card on autopay for a year now why all of a sudden my autopay is taken off and they trying to make me pay $353

I didn't meet him. I just wanted to paid my very high overrated auto insurance..but the place wasn't taking payment at that location . All those I was In the area..things will change next year. For a better andcfsir auto insurance policies.
