I've spoken to a lot of brokers over the years and I must say that the MSC team is really first class. I got a prompt callback (even though they didn't have any space available for me) and they eventually helped me find a space for my business in a different shopping center. A great experience all-around.

This MSC Retail are a joke, I contacted two of the agents listed on their brochure for a property I was looking to lease for one of my businesses Douglas Green & Casey Pollock, after days of leaving voicemail and multiple emails I got no response finally I call and the receptionist puts me through to Douglas Green voicemail again. No response. I call the office back and the receptionist says this time she will personally give Douglas the message. The very next day I finally receive a one line response saying the property is under lease now. You could have said that days ago first and second in my voicemail I mentioned I found multiple properties I was interested in but I guess MSC doesn’t listen to voicemail or care about doing business so I will move on. Thanks

I wish I could give them 0 star. Great customer service, tried reaching them all day and goes straight to voicemail, or get an operator that forwards to voicemail. And this is at both of their locations, NY and PA. Something tells me CA is no different.
