This particular T-Mobile on Henry ave.. is a disgrace and rude to customers and long time customers aren't treated good. Since Tmobile has taken over Sprint its been a nightmare with some individual stores. I don't recommend this store and other people have said the same thing.. you get no help or assistance. You leave frustrated..and upset.. all these stores want are for people to buy new phones and if you dont..they won't help you.

I thought maybe this place would have gotten better by now. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. The employees only want to fast talk & put stuff on your account for a commission without letting you know what they are doing to ur phone & account. Be very careful, your best bet is to avoid this location as best you can. Terrible management too. Didn't want to come out of the office when asked to speak with the Manager. Pathetic is too nice of a word.

I feel very compelled to leave a super impressed review for the T-Mobile offices here in Andorra shopping center in philadelphia. The young man who managed this location is fantastic. He transferred all my phone lines effortlessly, amazing customer service, communication with me and my adult children was excellent. And even when there was a bit of an obstacle be handled it perfectly!
