terrible experience. Would not sell me the phone i wanted, talked me into a lesser value older model then would not let me return it. very unprofessional

I had a damaged cell phone and I was glad that they replaced my phone and they were very courteous and I received it as a Christmas gift! Definitely a good place for adding any other items to use with the cell phone....THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went here on Monday morning to purchase a replacement phone for my son. Got well into the purchase, picked out a case and screen protector and everything. The guy had my account pulled up and I was ready to purchase. Another customer walks in with NO mask. Apparently he knows the salesman. They're buddies. The guy wants to know if he can upgrade. The salesman asks if I mind if he looks up the guy's account real fast. I didn't mind. No problem. He tells the guy he's not eligible for an upgrade yet. I'm thinking he'll get back to me soon. No, he comes from behind the counter to answer the guy's questions about the different phones he's interested in. Goes back behind the counter and continues talking with him like they're catching up. I start walking out... He calls after me weakly..."I can help you...." This is after almost 10 minutes into the interruption. I just kept walking. I've been a customer for about 4 years. I'd rather spend my money at a different franchise. Went to a different location and was in and out in 15 minutes. No problem. This guy should not be working the store by himself. His customer service skills are very poor!

As others have remarked, the woman now staffing this store is very rude and unhelpful.
