Hertz Car Rental - North Kingstown - Post Road HLE

Been calling for 2 days now. Local office never picks up. Always get transferred to Hertz Call Center. If I wanted to talk to the @#$%! Call Center, I would have called the Hertz 1-800 number. UPDATE: I arrived at Newport Airport on the scheduled date. Surprise, surprise .... there was no car there. Airport manager reported that this has happened numerous times in the past few months. Hertz confirms the reservation and fails to deliver the car. Can I give them less than 1 Star?

Poor poor, is this location closed or open? No response no reply no answer like dropping my reservation into a blackhole.

Made a reservation online...went to get the car, and there was nobody there! Called the phone number they had posted on the "Be back 45 minutes ago" sign... No answer! Want to kill another 45 minutes? Try getting in touch with a real person at Hertz. I finally spoke to a live Hertz employee, at the airport (TF Greene). He said they would not honor my reservation at the airport. He said I could try "waiting". (Wait to see if I ever use Hertz again.) I walked over to Enterprise, where they were happy to rent me a car.
