Budget Car Rental

We decided to leave a day early due to an approaching storm. Our flight was to leave at 8:30am, so we arrived at the rental drop off at 6:30am. We filled the form and gave it to the one man who was working there. There was NO ONE working at the service desk. We called Budget to ask for credit for turning in the car a day early. We were told we should have gone to the desk. When we told Budget that NO ONE was working at the desk, they said there was nothing they could do for us. We will not use Budget again.

No EZ Pass in the car, despite what I was told at the counter. Car was sprayed down very heavily with whatever spray they use, which gave me a little bit of a headache. Otherwise, easy enough to check in and get my vehicle.

Rental pickup and drop off was very easy. Only problem was with the final invoice where I was charged for being short for 1 gallon of gas. I was told to bring back on full. Which I did, filled it up before I dropped off. I will be calling customer service. I have never had this issue with any other car renal agency before. check your final invoice and be sure to save all gas receipts.
