The workers do not let you know all the information before you switch. They lack knowledge and just suggest you call customer service. The manager is never there, and there is no way to speak to the manager. They won't fix their errors after giving you flase information. They just want to take your money. Also, the service with the company is not great. If you are switching, never bring your own phone as that causes many issues.

The Metro by T-Mobile in the mall, right next to Dunkin', has excellent customer service. J. Smith, the sales associate who helped me, provided exceptional and pleasing customer service. I had Sprint previously, and among the terrible customer service, the dysfunctional phone I was using, and the high cost for my bill, I know I was right in taking her advice and switching. Ms. Smith assisted in getting me the right plan for me, with perks that I am happy to utilize, such as Amazon Prime and 100 gigs of extra storage. All in all, an excellent store with bargain plans and sales associates who exceed expectations. Thanks again, J. Smith
