Cool Crafters has been my go to company for over 10 years. He kept my old system going for over 3 years, patching this, doing that, finally in March 2020, I called because it would not heat, well, finally the end was here, no more patching, time to go in my pocket and get a complete new HAVC system. I contacted other companies, their prices were CRAZY!!! They came out 2 days later at 8am ready to go to work, here it is 8 months later, and I could not have had a better company to do my install. By the way, during the 3 years they kept my old system running. I called them many times at crazy hours, winter and summer, they NEVER failed to respond. They are just a great company. Prompt and professional friendly service from the whole team. They said they would be here at 8:00 am and to their word they were here even though it was pouring with rain. They had my new unit up and functioning within a few hours and cleaned up before they left. VERY happy with this company Excellent experience. Thanks to all involved!

Been using this company for 5 years now, and every experience has been positive. Javed maintains our HVAC and has responded to repair calls with swift, professional, affordable service! Ten stars for this company, if I could rate it that way.

Javed and the team at Cool Crafters do fantastic work! He was able to diagnose a leak in my Air Handler that had been plaguing me for years (a diagnosis that had alluded many other technicians). He gave me a fantastic rate on a modern replacement unit; since the new unit has been installed, the AC has functioned better than it ever has. I cannot recommend Cool Crafters highly enough!
