The service was excellent. I received a call from their office within a few minutes of my online request submission. The HVAC tech, Joel, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date on the status of the part that had to be ordered. Joel was prompt in repairing the unit once the part was received. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I had yet another great experience with On Call! I woke up this morning with a sneaking suspicion that my A/C was struggling to cool down the house, and when I looked at the thermostat, it was confirmed. I immediately called On Call around 10:30 am, and Its now 3:00 pm, and everything is like brand new! I used them last year for an emergency heating problem, and they were great then too. You cant beat the excellent customer service either. The lady that scheduled my appointment this morning was charming and compassionate. Joel came out today and was kind, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and never once pestered me to buy additional products or services; however, I do plan to get on their yearly service plan as my unit is middle-aged, and I think its time to do some preventative maintenance to keep the unit going strong.
