Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport - Conv Ctr, an IHG Hotel

I'll tell you some thing that travel agents don't want u to know about. When booking hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on rooms! Much better than using orbitz, priceline, hotwire. No doubt about that!!! I was totally blown away the place is clean , rooms are large and very clean . Only stayed one night just make sure to you tell the front desk your going to need towels they only give you one in the room. It’s by a outlet mall so if you like to shop. The food is out of this world hood.

We've been here for three days. We have never had cleaning done. The room is very stuffy, the air conditioner works poorly. I don't recommend this hotel.

I had a problem during my stay. After I returned home I emailed the mgmt. about it. They apologized and sent me a refund of $90.00 that I did not expect or request. Thank you very much. I will stay with you again.
