They froze my card ,saying my bank card was not good. Wanted me to send photo of my bank card. Went to my bank he said no. He called them. Bank verification was done and sent to them. Never unfreeze the account and never gave me credit for my payment. Now they want a payment. Can't use this card because they suspended and they still want payment, and just took money. My banker said when they unsuspend this account it should show my deposit because Noone has access. Wrong they took the money I deposited and want more . Don't use this bank. Bad experience.

The teller took the money out of the wrong account so when we when to withdraw money it said we would be overdrafts canceled the transaction but it still took the 160 dollars talked to the teller and a banker to be told sorry we can't do anything it will be back on the card we don't know when it could be a week...pretty sad hope they give you all a week without charging you on a bill since they're sooooo understanding
