NATIONAL CAR RENTAL

I have been trying to reach this location for the last few days to see why my invoice has not yet been sent to me. Each time I call I get someone from a call center that states my current rental return is not closed out due to an issue but they would send the location a note. Makes no sense as I spoke to a person there when I handed back my keys on Friday at 9am. I would just like to understand what is going on and speak to someone at the actual location. And i was nice after having to wait 40 mins to get my rental as they said they over booked on the Tuesday on my arrival.

The worst, reserved a car a week ahead because i'm on a strict timeline, show up 1.5 hours after scheduled Reservation to them having given my Reservation away, the only airport to shaft me like this. Did eventually get a replacement car for me 58 minutes later. You must be right on time otherwise expect to wait. Showed up 50 minutes early the second time to avoid delay..... didn't work still waited for vehicle, however, only 52 minutes this time. However did not appreciate the attitude from the front desk person just because I was early

Couldnt set cruise or adjust radio on first which died in pierre sd. It took 8 hrs to replace
